Overview
Support daily office operations, facility monitoring, inventory, and employee assistance.

Tasks
-Submit timely service tickets for any issues identified -Manage work order receipts and documentation. -Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess and report on: -Support with workstation clean-outs and employee move efforts. -Monitor supplies, tech functionality, and cleanliness in: -Check for no-shows on conference room reservations. -Escort vendors during service appointments. -Occasional early morning or evening work may be required for vendor escorts . -Manage hoteling desks and office seating. -Monitor seat occupancy and ensure correct name tags are in place. -Escort new hires and assist visiting employees. -Submit internal requests for vendor services. -Monitor and support restocking of the following areas: -Oversee after-hours access for vendor activity.

-Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities. -Copy areas (including printers and consumables) -Onsite role with frequent movement across office floors. -Freight lobby and fire stair conditions -Ability to build positive and productive relationships that cultivate a high level of trust. -Cleanliness and general space upkeep -Food & Beverage (F&B) equipment and locker usage -Experience in facilities, workplace operations, or administrative roles. -Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with building vendor teams, as well as independently. -Problem-solving and decision-making -Adaptable, resourceful, and highly perseverant – able to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. -Elevators, signage, flooring, paint, and artwork -Familiarity with workplace ticketing systems and basic office technology. -Some lifting or physical activity required during move efforts or inventory checks. -Numeracy and written communication -Analytical skills and process-oriented mindset. -High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred -Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams. -Stakeholder management – visibly engage with employees and maintain a known presence in the workplace, recognised for being approachable and having a positive “can-do” attitude. -Shade functions, lighting, HVAC/temperature, doors, and furniture -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
