What You Bring

-Experience working on large scale building projects, ideally above $100m. -Experience resolving design issues and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle. -Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders. -Experience leading and managing teams of more junior staff to deliver successful construction projects. -Ability to identify problems and come up with creative solutions. -Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. -Experience overseeing cost, quality, and environmental controls, and ensuring compliance and progress reporting. -8+ years of experience working on-site in construction delivery. -Experience developing and maintain project programmes and ensuring effective planning and execution.
