Tasks

-Engage and establish relationships with visitors to understand their home buying needs, utilizing the company's selling philosophy. -Self-generate sales leads through community engagement, realtor partnerships, and proactive prospecting. -Provide consistent follow-through with customers from initial contact to post-closing, maintaining accurate communication records. -Participate in sales meetings, neighborhood promotions, and marketing programs. -Develop comprehensive knowledge of the competitive market, including products, community features, and demographics. -Complete required training and participate in community events and phone banks. -Ensure the maintenance of Welcome Home Center models and inventory homes.

What You Bring
