The Role

Overview

Advise customers on energy/EV options, process sales, meet targets and compliance.

Tasks

-Handling inbound calls from existing and prospective customers who might be: -Ensuring all sales are fully compliant with regulatory and internal standards—only compliant sales count toward commission -Providing quotes, explaining terms and conditions, and processing successful sales in our Kraken system

What You Bring

-New to EDF and exploring supplier options -Experience in a sales or customer service environment -A growth mindset—comfortable giving and receiving feedback to improve -Excellent communication and influencing skills -Confidence in identifying key information and using it to close sales -A customer-first mindset, especially when supporting vulnerable customers
