Lead diverse projects, collaborate with top-tier professionals, and help shape the future of sustainable energy infrastructure! -Oversee design and construction documents for canopy, ground-mount, and rooftop PV systems that comply with NEC codes and permitting requirements. -Lead the integration of energy storage systems into new and existing solar projects. -Collaborate with teams to define and implement company processes, metrics, and resource planning to ensure strategic alignment and technical training. -Develop and enhance system engineering design standards focusing on safety, new product evaluations, and cost efficiency. -Facilitate technical design review meetings with Sales, Development, and Construction teams, ensuring alignment on complex project costing and engineering strategies.

What You Bring

Seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the technical development, implementation, and execution of engineering projects across PV, energy storage, and microgrid solutions. -NABCEP Certification required. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Energy, or related technical field. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, Salesforce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office. -Minimum 4 years of experience in C&I Solar PV design and engineering, with 2+ years in energy storage.

Benefits

-$110k - $155k base DOE + discretionary bonus + relocation assistance -Onsite, Massachusetts (no remote flexibility)
