  • Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies.
  • Support planning and forecasting activities across multiple infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to gather input and update schedules regularly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
  • Ensure compliance with contract milestones, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of schedule changes and historical data for future reference.
  • Monitor progress against baseline schedules and identify potential delays or risks; propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present schedule reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and resource loading to optimize project timelines.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Regular, reliable attendance
  • Experience with public sector or government-funded infrastructure projects.
  • Work productively and meet deadlines timely
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, transit, utilities).
  • Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment
  • Understanding of environmental and safety regulations related to infrastructure construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction sequencing and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with cost control, earned value management, and project budgeting.
