Tasks

✔ Event hosting and celebration planning in bespoke settings -Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate procurement records, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the purchasing process. -Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and trend analysis on kitchen materials and components to facilitate cost-effective procurement decisions. -Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, focusing on luxury products aligned with high end developers' requirements. -Supplier sourcing and Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality for modular kitchen components and related materials. -Warehouse Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of procured items. -Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards pertaining to purchasing and contracts. -Turnkey Procurement Management: Oversee the purchasing of various materials, including modular kitchen, Sanitaryware, marbles, natural stones, decorative lights, chandeliers, and crockery, ensuring seamless integration into project timelines. -Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with design, project management, and sales teams to accurately assess project specifications and procurement needs. -Contract Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to achieve advantageous agreements.

This role is pivotal in enhancing our procurement strategies for high end residential and commercial projects, particularly those that feature luxury finishes and premium products. -Educational Qualification: Any Graduate -Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and supplier performance. -A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on the real estate.modular kitchen,Sanitaryware -Are You Open to the Job Location (Dadar) -Total Experience in Turnkey Procurement -Expected CTC -Current CTC -Any graduate degree is acceptable; however, a degree in Materials Management or a related field is preferred. -ERP Software Proficiency: Utilize purchasing software, particularly ERP systems such as Farvision, to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency. -Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Farvision, is highly desirable. -Excellent negotiation abilities and organizational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail. -Proven expertise in sourcing and managing procurement for luxury or premium products. -Experience Required: 5+ years in procurement -Experience in Villa/Luxury Real Estate Industry -Total Experience in Sanitaryware -Total Experience in modular kitchen
