Serve and prepare food & beverages on weekends, supporting catering operations at the hospital.

Tasks
-To prepare and serve food as directed by the Catering Services Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager. -To assist with all aspects of food preparation and presentation in accordance with current food legislation. -To assist the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Services Manager with the day to day running of the site, and carry out general catering duties as directed by the Management team. -To provide and maintain food & beverage services to customers, and to assist in all general duties including food preparation and cleaning.
