To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 7 years’ experience partnered with a BEng/MSc in Environmental Engineering or Environmental Management with EIA development and delivery experience.

Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is beneficial.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to work within our vastly expanding and award-winning sustainability and environmental team to spearhead the growth of our business within the Middle East and Europe. Candidates must be self-motivated and bring energy, drive and passion to their work and be able to build on the success of the existing team.

The ideal candidate must possess strong client interfacing skills, able to build trusted relationships and represent the company with professionalism and confidence.

Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring consistent project delivery quality.

Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection, a successful track record of staying within budget and schedule on projects and experience of the delivery of technical reports, will be considered critical.

We are seeking relevant experience working for large scale infrastructure, industrial and masterplan projects. Experience in environmental management systems, Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), Environmental Compliance Studies and auditing is beneficial, such as the development and/or supervision of construction management and monitoring plans.

  • Experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) over a wide range of infrastructure, industrial projects, masterplans, etc.
  • Understanding and experience of applying environmental and social safeguards of international finance institutions such as the World Bank Group is beneficial.
  • Demonstrate strong client interfacing capability through regular coordination, presentations, and technical discussions to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
  • Able to meet challenging budgets and timescales.
  • Ability to travel.
