-To evaluate and act on feedback from courses delivered. -To keep up to date with their Instructor qualifications / accreditations so they can deliver a range of technical courses -Delivering high standards of face to face training -Delivering engaging Technical training including plant & equipment courses across the group to achieve high standards -Create and update current training courses ensuring they meet the relevant criteria. -Update & maintain accurate training records on the LMS
