Tasks

-Provide excellent customer service to clients and panelists, maintaining positive and respectful interactions with peers and leadership. -Aid in the development of study paperwork for coordinators. -Assist coordinators with study procedures such as Electronic Self-Assessment Questionnaire administrations, check-in processes, and informed consent signings. -Perform daily administrative tasks including test material preparation, making appointment reminders, and quality checking study documents. -Comply with safety and operational integrity procedures and processes. -Perform tasks in compliance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines, applicable regulations, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. -Report to the clinic on time for all assigned studies.

What You Bring

-Ability to follow instructions and study protocols according to GCP guidelines and applicable regulations -Experience in clinical research and data entry -Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills -Strong attention to detail -Previous lab experience -BS degree in a Science field (Microbiology, Health Studies, Biology, Chemistry, etc.) -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
