Tasks

-Customer service requests coordination (from initiation to completion) -Ensure the production and distribution of 12A & BWOF certificates highlighting potential issues for supervisor/management attention -Ensuring that the Wormald compliance processes are adhered to and the issuing of 12A certificates & Building warrants are prepared and submitted to independent qualified people (IQP) for approval -Ensure all activities to be consistent with desired business outcomes and agreed processes. Instigate actions to address any issues detected. -Interact with business managers and supervisors to ensure testing routines and results are completed -Coordinating the compliance process -Be a champion for the compliance team and its continuous processes within Wormald
