The Role

Overview

Support project execution by managing docs, schedules, and coordination

Tasks

-Support and interact with internal and external team members. -Occasional travel to project sites for coordination and planning purposes. -Review and track project ASI, and similar change documentation. -Assist PM in coordination with jobsite install teams. -Schedule, host, and document internal project team meetings. -Review and understand construction contract documents. -Complete material takeoffs and procurement logs. -Coordinate with fabrication shop for production handoffs and RFI’s. -Track vendor/subcontractor schedules and expedite. -Gather and submit project closeout documentation. -Review and coordinate shop drawings and spool sheets across internal teams. -Obtain, review, and document project submittals. -Generate track, log, and review RFI’s.

What You Bring

-Must be able to lift 15 pounds. -Excellent listening and strong communication skills. -Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and Revu BlueBeam. -Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. -Organized work approach with the ability to adapt and adjust as required to support the project needs. -Revit, Autocad, and Procure experience a plus. -Demonstrated understanding of building processes and systems. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. -3+ years related construction experience. -Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. -Effective participation in team environment.
