Tasks

-Analyze service performance, plan capacity, and recommend optimizations to prevent service degradation. -Prepare detailed service health reports, communicate incident status to stakeholders, and participate in operational reviews. -Monitor enterprise IT services, networks, applications, and MPLS circuits to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance. -Serve as a customer-facing point of contact for service incidents, updates, and escalations, ensuring clear and timely communication. -Track, measure, and report on SLAs and KPIs, including latency, packet loss, and uptime of MPLS and other critical network services. -Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, MPLS providers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution. -Develop automation scripts and monitoring tools to streamline incident detection, alerting, and reporting processes. -Implement process improvements to enhance service reliability, efficiency, and proactive monitoring. -Perform troubleshooting for complex service incidents; detect, investigate, and resolve issues; conduct root cause analysis for recurring problems. -Stay updated on networking technologies, MPLS, cloud services, and enterprise IT trends to support evolving business needs. -Support change and configuration management; maintain accurate documentation of systems, network topologies, and dependencies.

-15 years of experience in network/service monitoring or service assurance roles. -Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications (required). -Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
