Overview
Chartered planner advising clients on residential/mixed-use developments and managing projects.

Tasks
-Negotiating planning permissions, conditions, and Section 106 agreements. -Acting as a trusted advisor, providing clear and concise verbal and written planning advice to clients. -Collaborating with design teams to deliver high-quality development outcomes through the planning system. -Overseeing the implementation of development projects. -Guiding strategy for complex, large-scale, multi-disciplinary development projects (residential, mixed-use, commercial), including EIA work, with support from Project Directors. -Delegating tasks to junior colleagues, offering constructive feedback and guidance to support their professional development. -Contributing to policy and plan-making activities. -Preparation and negotiation of development proposals, particularly residential-led and/or commercial/mixed-use planning applications. -Shaping promotion strategies for development projects. -Preparing fee proposals, managing project budgets, and overseeing invoicing processes.
