Reports on planned and proposed sales activities within his or her goals. May be accountable for generating specified volume of business within a pre-defined time frame.
Develops strategies and drives revenue for key National Accounts, with a focus decentralized accounts within the Division.
Utilizes the available business intelligence tools to seek the opportunities that present the highest chances for success.
Travels at least monthly for meetings with clients
Works with Division key contacts to drive growth for Pod teams.
Assists Service Lines and Operations with resource identification and allocation on large projects within the Division.
Assists operations managers with the preparation and execution of division client development plans and programs for target National Accounts.
Participates in Division Client Development calls, initiative calls, Pod calls, and other leadership calls, to be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the on-goings of the Division to capture potential opportunities for decentralized National Accounts.
Partners with the Director of National Accounts (DNA), Associate Director of National Accounts (ADNA), and Senior Client Development Manager (SCDM) for the division to identify key target National Accounts each year that align with division plans, spotlight sector clients, and common goals.
Facilitate strategy meetings for both client and major project pursuits.
Collaborates with others in corporate roles (National Account Managers, Sectors, Marketing) to coordinate client and project pursuits drive growth and profitability within the Division.
Supports the growth of National Account revenue in other divisions by working with other Divisional Champions (once established) and other National Account Managers (NAMs).
Utilizes professional networks and industry organizations to generate leads and gather competitive intelligence.
Assists on the development of proposals and recommend fees on some projects.
Leads a monthly sync call with the Director of National Accounts (DNA), Associate Director of National Accounts (ADNA), and Senior Client Development Manager (SCDM) to collaborate on strategy, action items, and results, measured with predetermined KPIs for the role.
Leverages personal and professional networks to build long-term client relationships through in-person engagement and strategic meetings with national accounts. Utilizes office staff to augment and assist as needed.
