In this key role, you’ll represent a brand trusted for its technical excellence and innovation—building meaningful relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering smart, sustainable lighting and control solutions across the specification, special contractor, and council sectors. -Be the Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, contractors, councils, and end-users. -Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with internal teams and channel partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. -Shape the Future: Contribute insights and strategy to strengthen Schréder’s position as an industry innovator. -Lead Market Growth: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across NSW. -Drive Strategic Sales: Execute consultative sales strategies that deliver long-term partnerships and market growth.

If you’re a relationship-driven, technically minded sales professional who thrives on solving problems and creating opportunities, this is your chance to make a real impact with a brand that’s shaping the future of intelligent lighting. -Strong across Specifications, Special Contractors, and Councils. -Proven success with Utility-based or Government clients. -Experience managing contracts and navigating complex commercial agreements. -Smart technology focus: From hardware to IoT-enabled controls. -A strategic mindset with the ability to problem-solve, influence, and open new opportunities. -Calm under pressure with a professional, consultative sales style. -Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. -Technical industry background — ideally in lighting, communications, or IoT solutions. -Relationship-focused approach with a track record of building trusted networks. -Must have previous lighting experience.
