Tasks

-Facilitate client meetings and entertainment events -Prepare presentations and other materials for clients, including pitch, proposal, and marketing collateral -Mentor and instruct Analysts and other team members on tools and methods for underwriting, creation of marketing collateral, and otherwise executing their responsibilities -Management of comprehensive real estate valuation and transaction structure analysis with support from team of Analysts -Financial underwriting, due diligence review and transaction execution

In addition, not only must candidates be able to work in the United States without sponsorship when hired, they must maintain the ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship throughout their employment. -Eastdil Secured requires each non-administrative exempt staff member to be licensed as appropriate in the respective region -Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to conclusion within agreed upon deadlines. -3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate, advisory, or a combination of both -Demonstrated ability to conceptualize real estate investment opportunities within the framework of relevant microeconomic and macroeconomic factors -Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. -Willingness to perform in a demanding, highly focused, collaborative, and team environment -Demonstrated ability to consistently produce high-quality work under tight time frames -Advanced Excel financial modeling skills and strong attention to detail -Function as an integral part of deal team and have ability to effectively interface with senior management and clients -Prior work experience with institutional-grade multifamily assets is preferred
