Tasks

-Performs impact assessments to identify, evaluate, and mitigate the project’s environmental risks and financial costs . -Advises project management on the proper interpretation and implementation of environmental regulations and specifications. -Documents, analyzes, and reports environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies. -Advises construction teams on environmental hazards and procedures to minimize adverse effects. -Develops and monitors environmental procedures on construction sites. Implements and trains project work crews and management teams regarding potential environmental issues and procedures. -Identifies, documents, and resolves environmental risks during daily site inspections. Documents findings, evaluations, and inspections using company- approved procedures and software.

What You Bring

-5+ years environmental regulatory and compliance experience in the construction industry required. -Proven technical writing, documentation , and communication skills. -Expert knowledge of the local regulations or skill sets related to the specific work on project. -Expert knowledge of compliance with environmental regulations and new legislation. -Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or a related field required.
