Tasks

-Preparation of detailed as-built reports. -Compute coordinates for use in layout. -Perform field layout and as-builts. -Perform analysis of survey data and assist in the resolution of any discrepancies in measurements or documentation. -Coordinate with project managers and superintendents to ensure accurate and timely completion of survey tasks. -Review and cross checking of shop drawings and contract drawings, including but not limited to structural, architectural, and civil drawings.

What You Bring

EOE/Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disability (Compliant with the new VEVRAA and Section 503 rules -Ability to utilize survey equipment and technology effectively. -2+ years’ experience as a Survey Technician or in a similar role. -Experience with industry software, including but not limited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office programs. -Experience in preparing survey documents and conducting fieldwork.
