Overview

Design and deliver highway/infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and related tools.

Tasks

-Preparing detailed highway/Infrastructure design drawings using CAD software -Supporting the planning and design phases of local highway schemes -Developing project plans, specifications, and cost estimates -Contributing to the successful delivery of highways/infrastructure projects -Providing technical advice and solutions as part of a project team

What You Bring

-Minimum HNC qualification in civil engineering -Proficiency in AutoCAD software with experience in highway or transportation design, experience with drainage design will be beneficial -Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices related to highway design on the local road network -Have good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, a collaborative approach and a proven ability to deliver work on time. -Self-motivated and enthusiastic -Hold a full UK Driving License.
