-Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. -Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle. -Sometimes, we take the time to fix something small and then point it out to the customer to help them understand that we are capable of doing more.

-Proper Equipment - Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. -Troubleshooting Skills - Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner. -ServiceTitan knowledge, a plus -Strong work ethic of problem-solving skills and professional demeanor -10+ years of handyman experience, knowledgeable in multiple trades (e.g. carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, tile, or painting) -Tile work -Great multitasking and prioritization skills -Excellent Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers. -Someone who is punctual and efficient maintains the highest integrity and strives for top customer satisfaction. -Proven ability to complete jobs independently from start to finish with minimal supervision -W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job -Demonstrates ability and willingness to EXCEED Customers' expectations. -Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus -Own truck or van and tools -Basic plumbing -Be Presentable - Clean-Cut appearance, Decent looking vehicle, Organized tools -Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record -Basic electrical -Excellent customer service interactions
