The Role
Overview
Manage collections, reconciliations, adjustments and customer communication for accounts receivable.

Tasks
-Operate within the M3 ERP system to record, store, and analyze account information. -Document all customer communications in compliance with company procedures. -Escalate delinquent accounts to management per company guidelines. -Prepare, validate, and process accounts receivable adjustments and customer refunds. -Review and monitor assigned customer accounts to ensure collection of outstanding balances. -Process and print daily invoices for mailing and filing in shared network folders. -Research and resolve payment discrepancies quickly and accurately. -Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and corporate policies and regulations. -Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding current and past due balances, maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach. -Identify and process credit card payments through M3.

What You Bring
-Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). -Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. -Adaptability and flexibility to shift between multiple priorities. -Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across departments. -Strong Excel and data analysis skills. -Excellent time management and organizational abilities. -Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure. -Outstanding communication and customer service skills. -Solid understanding of accounting principles. -Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing accounts receivable in a corporate environment. -Proficiency with ERP systems (M3 experience a plus). -Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
