The Role

Overview

Manage site logistics, inventory, and personnel on construction projects with full travel.

Tasks

-Supervise the unloading, inspection, and handling of materials. -Manage time sheets and personnel records, ensuring accurate reporting. -Set up inbound warehouse deliveries and ensure smooth transitions between sites. -Execute the DEMOB (demobilization) process, including inventory updates, physical loading of materials, and transportation coordination. -Participate in on-site kickoff reviews to align logistics processes with project goals. -Oversee inventory receipt, inspection, and management, ensuring accuracy and compliance. -Drive PBM trainings and implement PBM practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. -Coordinate and deliver safety and equipment training for on-site personnel. -Manage material movement on-site (MTF) and ensure proper storage preservation practices. -Lead on-site personnel, ensuring optimized workflows and adherence to safety standards.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in demobilization processes and transportation coordination. -Certifications in safety training or equipment handling (e.g., forklift certification). -Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed. -Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management and material handling practices. -Willing to travel 100% of the time and work on construction sites. -Ability to operate and manage time sheet systems with attention to detail. -Experience leading a team in construction -Experience coordinating warehouse deliveries and inbound logistics. -Proficiency in inventory management software or logistics tracking tools. -Strong communication skills with the ability to train and mentor team members. -Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or site management. -Valid drivers license -Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment training.
