-Escalate risks, delays, or deviations and propose mitigation strategies. -Drive cross-functional coordination to minimize silos and ensure efficient workflows. -Validate designs, drawings, and technical documentation prepared by consultants. -Ensure stakeholder alignment between consultants, contractors, and internal teams. -Support project lifecycle planning and ensure adherence to schedules and milestones. -Monitor site progress and quality of works against timelines, budgets, and specifications. -Promote adoption of best practices and compliance with international codes and standards. -Identify technical risks early and recommend preventive measures. -Implement robust quality control systems aligned with international luxury standards. -Conduct site inspections and issue technical reports on compliance, risks, and corrective actions. -Review technical solutions for cost efficiency without compromising quality.

What You Bring

-Hands-on exposure to site operations, design office and head office functions. -Mandatory: Proven track record across consulting, contracting and developer environments. -10+ years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, or Project Management in the UAE. -Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, codes, and design standards. -Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. -Experience delivering high-end and luxury projects. -Expertise in stakeholder coordination, risk management and reporting.
