Conduct and lead the development , and annual review of preventive maintenance programs on plant and mobile equipment.
Provide leadership and participate actively to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained in terms of safety, environment, quality, and efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to maintenance and operations employees related to the Graymont Reliability Program, such as defect elimination and document change management.
Lead and participate in maintenance related and/or strategic projects as required.
Coordinate development and annual review of the plant’s Asset Reliability Criteria.
Support the advancement and sustainable use of various asset condition monitoring technologies, tools and systems (System).
Ensure establishment and proper function of the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program in accordance with Graymont RCA practices.
Conduct and lead Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) equipment criticality evaluations on plant and mobile equipment in accordance with Graymont practices.
Work with Maintenance Planner Schedulers to create and maintain preventive maintenance tasks identified through RCM practices.
