As a supervisor, you will direct water reticulation crews and assist with the collection and distribution of contract timesheets and paperwork.

• Allocating plant to projects to ensure cost effective use of all plant and equipment.
• Daily arranging and programming of plant, materials, subcontractors and staff.
• Ensure all scheduled maintenance is completed on time
• Ensure all staff understand client expectations.

Requirements

All preferred candidates will be required to complete preemployment checks to the employer’s satisfaction. These checks include but are not limited to, Ministry of Justice criminal conviction report, medical assessment, and drug and alcohol testing.

We’re looking for an experienced Water Supervisor to join our team in Christchurch.

• Proven ability to manage staff effectively.
• 5 years’ experience in the Water Construction or Maintenance Industry.
• A full class 1 licence, class 2 is desirable.
• Qualification in NZQA Water Reticulation Level 4 or working towards.
• STMS qualification is advantageous.
