Tasks
-Foster cross-functional collaboration between soft and hard services teams -Secondary Responsibility: Manage and coordinate hard services through technical teams:HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems oversightBuilding maintenance and asset managementFire safety and life safety systemsBuilding automation and smart systemsPreventive maintenance programsCapital projects and renovations coordination -Conduct regular client reviews, satisfaction surveys, and feedback sessions -Implement training programs focused on service excellence and technical competency -Occasional travel to other JLL/client locations for best practice sharing -Serve as the single point of accountability for city-wide facilities performance -Lead emergency response procedures and business continuity planning -Establish and maintain service quality standards across all service lines -Manage service level agreements and performance metrics -Ensure seamless service delivery and operational consistency between both sites -Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements -Develop and mentor Assistant Facilities Managers and team leaders -Drive standardization of processes, procedures, and service quality across locations -Serve as primary facilities contact for client Hyderabad leadership -Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring -Primary Focus: Lead comprehensive soft services operations including:Housekeeping and janitorial servicesCatering and food services managementSecurity and access control systemsReception and concierge servicesMail and courier servicesLandscaping and grounds maintenanceWaste management and sustainability programsEvent management and space coordination -Drive cost optimization while maintaining service quality -Lead and coordinate all facilities operations across client Hyderabad's two premier locations -Lead Soft Services Managers, Hard Services Coordinators, and operational staff -Manage diverse facilities teams across both locations (20-30+ staff members) -Lead client engagement initiatives and workplace experience programs -Conduct performance management, career development, and succession planning -Develop city-specific strategies aligned with client global and regional objectives -Implement continuous improvement initiatives and best practices -Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders

What You Bring
-Strong business acumen and P&L management experience -Knowledge of workplace technologies and smart building systems -Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making -Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and asset management -Experience in managing capital projects and renovations -Ability to coordinate with technical teams and engineering professionals -Understanding of security services and access control systems -Proficiency in facilities management software (CAFM/IWMS) -Proven experience with large corporate clients (financial services preferred) -Budget adherence and cost per square foot optimization -Exceptional people management and team development capabilities -Change management and process improvement experience -Integrated Facilities Management with multi-service expertise -12+ years of facilities management experience with strong soft services background -Crisis management and problem-solving expertise -Understanding of sustainability practices and green operations -Knowledge of landscaping, grounds maintenance, and environmental services -Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field -Client satisfaction scores and service excellence metrics -5+ years in senior leadership roles managing multi-service operations -Deep knowledge of housekeeping operations, standards, and best practices -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills -Expertise in guest services, reception, and concierge operations -Working knowledge of building systems and MEP services -Experience managing integrated soft and hard services teams -24/7 availability for emergency response and critical situations -Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements -Financial Services or similar corporate environment experience -Experience in food services management and catering operations -Hotel/Hospitality Management with corporate facilities experience -Flexibility for regional travel as required -Corporate Facilities Management with strong soft services focus -Basic knowledge of building automation and facility technologies
