The Role

Overview

Lead and oversee multiple plumbing projects, ensure quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

Tasks

-Act as liaison with the customer and project staff to properly identify and process scope changes, address issues, communicate regarding project milestones, etc. -Ensure adherence to Power Design’s standards of quality, safety, and best practices -Manage all activities associated with materials, budgeting, and production for assigned project(s) -Actively maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and quality of service -Manage all business aspects of multiple concurrent projects and ensure financial targets are met while maintaining established quality standards -Support and manage Plumbing field supervisors including scheduling, training, and employee performance management -Manage project related correspondence and documents through designated document management systems -Supervise and mentor project managers, assistant project managers and project engineers on the project team -Plan and schedule resources to meet project milestones

What You Bring

-Ability to travel (up to 25%) -Minimum 10+ years of related project management experience with a Plumbing/Mechanical contractor -Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Hydronic Piping systems used in large scale high-rise, multi-family, and/or commercial projects -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines -Experience with Oracle (or other formalized project management software) and Accubid (or other estimating software) preferred -Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite -Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and efficient -Experience with remote project management (with only occasional visits to job site) preferred
