Tasks
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the service delivery including the financial, safety and quality performance elements of the contract, the AM will ensure contractual commitments are met in accordance with SLAs/KPIs and other requirements detailed within the contract documentation. Setting high standards and ensuring all aspects of commercial and operational delivery are in line with legislative compliance, Equans governance, policies, and procedures. responsible for developing effective relationships and ensuring that pro-active communication is maintained continuously with all internal & external stakeholders -Provide a safe and healthy environment and working conditions for all employees in line with Equans safety standards -Comply with all Equans policies/procedures to ensure timely and effectively implementation. -Promote an open and direct management style that encourages progress and development with team members and client stakeholders -Ensure the contracts are staffed by fully competent properly trained teams, with all post holders being appropriately skilled and experienced to undertake their roles effectively, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place. -Minimising Company risk from a technical, financial or health and safety perspective by making appropriate checks in a timely manner. -Ensure financial policies and processes are effectively communicated, implemented and monitored. -Deliver effective communication through competent advice, leadership and direct contribution to client management meetings, briefings, consultation forums, correspondence and monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriate. -Ensuring the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the sites M&E Plant and equipment, building fabric and services

What You Bring
For this role, you must have evidence of the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a re-location package with this job role. Certain roles may require applicants to undergo a Disclosure check, as noted in the role requirements. -Experience of using a CAFM system -Technical background essential -Water Systems and Legionella Control – HSG274 -Previous contract management experience -A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential. -Member of BIFM, appropriate FM or Technical qualifications -Must have the ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances -Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management -Experience managing services in a prestigious corporate environment -Good knowledge of building services and legislation -Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook -Health and Safety aware in all aspects of the business -H&S Qualification / M&E Qualifications -Must have a full clean drivers licence.
