Inside Sales Representative - Williston, VT

Assist showroom customers, handle calls, prepare quotes, manage orders, and support warehouse.

Tasks

-Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom -Provide exceptional service to all customers by developing a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services -Prepare quotes for windows and other exterior building products based on architect plans -Use our nationally-linked inventory management system to fill customer orders and maintain inventory control -Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and processing orders

What You Bring

-Computer skills, including use of a keyboard and monitor -Bilingual / Spanish proficiency a plus -Strong interest in sales and/or retail, as evidenced by previous job experience or education -Prior sales experience preferred, but not required -Ability to lift and carry boxes of building materials weighing up to 70 pounds -Knowledge of building principles and products is a plus -High level of integrity and commitment to customer service -Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with customers -Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Be willing to assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed
