Requirements

What You Bring

-15+ years' experience in Transportation Engineering -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field -Professional Engineer Registration in Arkansas -Knowledge of DOT processes and requirements -Must possess experience of client development/sales, specifically being a leader of developing client relationships with a larger engineering consultant team/firm (regional and company-wide)
