Tasks

-Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure proper staffing for each project. -Handle claims involving subcontractors, vendors, or clients to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions. -Foster team collaboration, mentor junior staff, and clarify roles and responsibilities within the project team. -Ensure compliance with insurance, labor relations, EEO policies, and safety/quality control programs. -Oversee invoicing and negotiate change orders with clients when necessary. -Lead project teams to meet goals for quality, schedule, cost control, safety, profitability, and client satisfaction. -Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgets, profit margins, monthly cost analyses, status reports, and schedule updates. -Support Project Engineers in resolving project-related issues.
