Tasks

-Review monthly cash flow projections for partially-owned assets -Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly reforecasts -Review quarterly and year end work papers -Interface with the Company's internal and external auditors -Review monthly budget vs. actual results for multiple properties -Create new processes as necessary to help ensure departmental efficiency -Interface with joint venture partners -Review and analyze the general ledger, sub-ledgers and financial statements for accuracy -Interface with personnel throughout the Company to maintain the proper flow of information -Oversee the completion of ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed -Ensure financial statements required under the terms of loan and/or partner agreements are prepared and submitted timely

What You Bring

-Ability to prioritize and multi-task while still exhibiting good judgment and poise in a fast-paced environment -Detail oriented -Strong analytical and organizational skills -College Degree in Accounting -Accounting experience in the commercial real estate industry of approximately 5 years or more or approximately 3 years or more with a medium to large CPA firm (real estate industry preferred) -Strong Microsoft Excel skills -Strong supervisory skills -Good interpersonal and communication skills -CPA preferred
