*Assumes successful completion of training and continued employment with NV5 Zoning After 6 months' employment, your initial training will be completed, and further changes are dependent upon job duties, performance and length of service.*Assumes successful completion of training and continued employment with NV5 Zoning -Two years office/clerical experience and stable work history preferred -Must have access to appropriate childcare for any young children -You are organized and enjoy research and problem solving -Ability to pass a background check & drug screening prior to employment -Ability to work from home -Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls (pick up the phone and talk to a local government official in any US or Canadian municipality) -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications -Must have high-speed internet connection in order to work from home (computer equipment isprovided) -Ability to be organized and efficient with prioritization and multi-tasking abilities -Ability to work independently and perform in a team setting -Aptitude to understand policies/procedures/protocols relating to business and to willingness tomaintain confidentiality -You are punctual and dependable -Proficient in oral and written English language, reasonable spelling/grammar -Completion of High School Diploma/GED -Willingness to work your full scheduled shift every weekday, aside from illness, emergencies andscheduled absences
