Field Services Administrator

Overview

Administer field service quotes, manage customer correspondence, and support managers.

Tasks

-Scan and archive quote packages after submitted to the customer -Record pertinent information from the quotes in database -Validate that estimates are error free by following the standardized review processes -Record & enter information in contact database -Facilitate transfer of information between customer and appropriate party -Assist Management, Project Managers and Field Services Manager, as needed -Receive Bid Package information in absence of Field Services Manager -Prepare project management quotes, assuring each are grammatically correct and free of spelling errors -Lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds -Issue quote numbers and forward MS Outlook calendar requests to required parties

What You Bring

-Manual dexterity needed for repetitive tasks and operating standard office equipment -Advanced skill level for operating Word, Excel, and Outlook required. -Knowledge of contractual language is preferred, but not required -Must be able to multitask, as well as prioritize tasks within a strict deadline, while still being detail oriented -Minimum of a high school diploma, but an Associate's degree in a related field is preferred -Knowledge of industrial experience is preferred, but not required -Advanced data entry skills and ability to type 45+ wpm preferred -Relative work experience in preparing quotes/Bid Packages in the construction industry is required. This includes the ability to review contract documents, print bid packages, obtain bid information, and completion of the bid for submission
