  • Leads daily/weekly inspirational team meetings with the goal to exceed and be the best in a competitive market
  • Inspects grounds, buildings, and apartments regularly
  • Collaborates with the leasing team to ensure all social media outlets are regularly utilized and develops a marketing plan and sales strategies
  • Uses financial reports to determine and act upon needs
  • Implements all policies and procedures outlined in the company policies
  • Interacts with residents with the highest level of customer service
  • Maintains a high-quality on-site team through effective coaching/training, communication, and overall leadership to ensure the team is fulfilling their highest potential
  • Ensures that all physical aspects of the property are fully operational and safe

  • Uses sound financial knowledge to successfully lease up every community
  • Property lease up experience preferred
  • Maintains thorough product knowledge of the community and competition
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals of varying

  • Reads and understands financial reports and budgets of the community
  • Understands how to use metrics to drive results
  • Understands economic occupancy as compared to the vacancy rate on each property and how delinquent rent payments will significantly cut into economic occupancy
  • Understands key financial terminology
  • Three years or more of Property Manager experience preferred
