The Role

Overview

Operate machining tools, manage material flow, perform maintenance, and support production.

Tasks

-Follow standard escalation process -Complete training/certification as required -Maintain accurate written and computer records -Participate in process improvements and other activities, as required, to support the Bangor team and site goals -Complete monthly/annual online training as assigned -Perform water spider preventative maintenance (WPM) -Provide production line support (i.e., support operator) -Ensure machine fluids are full, coordinate emptying as needed -Chip cart removal/exchange -Perform material handling duties as required -Adhere to and follow standard work -Operate equipment including, but not limited to, saws, polishers, grinders, hand tools, manual milling machines -Keep workstation kanban stocked -Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipment

What You Bring

-High School Diploma / GED -Flexibility: Willingness to work C shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Friday, Saturday, Sunday) -Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation. -Follow detailed verbal and written instructions -Polish and/or rework parts -Communicate effectively and work well with others
