Tasks

-Coach Project Managers, Engineers, supervisors and field crews to successfully promote and foster a proactive culture of Zero Harm and environmental safety. -Conduct observations, site inspections and audits. -Ensure application of Downer Zero Harm standards and legislative requirements to all work activities. -Manage incident reporting within Downer and Client systems. -Investigate incidents, injuries or breaches of safety and environment procedures. -Support a collaborative contract with a focus on relationships.

What You Bring

-Certificate IV in OHS/WHS. -ICAM lead investigator Auditing (advantageous but not essential). -Basic knowledge of operational safety within a project-based environment or equivalent trade-based experience (Energy, Utilities or Civil industry experience preferred). -Prior utilisation of Health Safety & Environment Management systems is advantageous. -Demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Willingness to learn, adapt and evolve to various business requirements.
