Overview

Manage property inspections, maintenance, tenant queries, and contractor oversight.

Tasks

-Attend to residents/tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases -Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects, supervise maintenance and improvement works -Working with Grassroot Leaders on maintenance issues and to organise activities

What You Bring

-Entry-level candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply -Able to work under pressure and willing to do overtime -Non-Diploma holders are required to have at least 5 years experience in Facilities Management (minimally Nitec) -Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent -Diploma in Building/Facilities Management/Real Estate Business/Intelligent Building
