-Leading multi-disciplinary teams (both internal and external) to ensure seamless collaboration and technical excellence. -Overseeing all aspects of delivery across major projects, taking on roles such as Detailed Design Lead, Owner's Engineer, or Design & Build delivery leadership. -Playing a fundamental role in identifying innovative and sustainable solutions for our clients. -Planning and managing the technical delivery pipeline to ensure best value, client service excellence, and access to Stantec's world-class expertise.
