Tasks

Develop and deploy solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP); work on Kubernetes for container management and application scaling. Build and consume RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between system components. Design and develop GIS web applications using ArcGIS JavaScript API (3.x/4.x), ArcGIS Online, Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcMap. Develop backend services using C# .NET; integrate GIS applications with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and messaging systems like Kafka. Maintain technical documentation and provide clear, concise updates to internal and external stakeholders. Lead or support the migration of legacy GIS systems to Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE); plan and execute database migrations to cloud-based environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead junior developers when needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality GIS solutions. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and present delivery roadmaps.

What You Bring

Experience working on telecom-related GIS projects is a plus and will be considered favorably. We are seeking an experienced ArcGIS Developer with 6–10 years of expertise in designing, developing, and deploying GIS-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the ESRI product suite, cloud platforms (preferably GCP), container orchestration, and backend development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade GIS applications. -Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, GKE -Certification in GCP or ESRI technologies is a plus -Frontend: JavaScript, HTML -Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers -ArcGIS JavaScript API (3.x/4.x), ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server Manager, ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap -Experience in GIS applications for the Telecom industry -Strong problem-solving, client communication, and team collaboration skills -Database: Oracle, PostgreSQL -Excellent verbal and written communication -API Development: RESTful APIs
