Treasury Analyst (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Tasks

-Assisting with monthly reporting including cash across the group using Mercatus and liquidity forecasting; -Reviewing Disbursement Memos and providing any feedback to local teams before distributing for approval; -Assisting with the issuance of letters of credit on behalf of project companies; -Credit monitoring of counterparties including cash bank credit ratings as well as monitoring off taker ratings on More Score -Assisting with quarterly reporting for the Corporate debt facility and compliance certificates; -Managing all KYC requests from relationship banks; -Assisting with preparation of bi-monthly treasury reporting pack for Treasury Committee meetings and treasury slides for the Audit and Risk Committee; -Instructing treasury payments to Accounts Payable and monitoring approvals; -Managing corporate liquidity and ensuring that the group has access to corporate facilities for bridging equity investments and issuing letters of credit. -Reviewing interest notices and LC fee invoices for the corporate debt and LC facilities and proposing them for payment; -Ad hoc project work such as migrating data from Excel to Mercatus. -Responsibility for maintaining global project finance debt database; -Administration and maintenance of UK corporate credit card programme; and -Providing recommendations of corporate FX to Treasury Manager/Treasurer; -Monitoring compliance with treasury policies. -Oversight and reporting of ratios and any potential breaches of the group’s $3.6bn project finance debt portfolio. -Following up with local teams in relation to forecast distributions/equity injections from project companies to ensure that they are paid on time and factored into term deposits or debt repayments on a timely basis; -Management of corporate bank accounts including opening and closing accounts and oversight of project and service company bank account structure and operations; -Managing day to day liquidity and making proposals for putting cash on term deposit, and entering into deposits with relationship banks through 360T.Also recommending to Treasury Manager/Treasurer any draws on the corporate facilities and drafting utilisation requests and rollover notices;

What You Bring

-Degree educated with some experience of working in a corporate treasury team. -Self-starter who can manage a full and varied workload and deadlines. -Experience of managing leveraged assets (either in renewables or other infrastructure would be advantageous). -Have strong Microsoft office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. -Have experience of working in a fast paced, international business. -Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering to agreed timetables. -Financial risk management (FX, interest rate and credit risk).
