Tasks

-Prepare detailed fitout and joinery shop drawings based on project requirements and design intent. -Ensure drawings are in line with UAE standards, authority regulations, and company quality requirements. -Review architectural and interior design drawings to develop precise execution drawings. -Maintain and update drawing records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. -Coordinate with site engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

What You Bring

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman Fitout with a strong background in preparing detailed drawings and shop drawings for residential and commercial fitout projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with interior layouts, joinery details, and MEP coordination drawings. -Ability to work independently under tight deadlines. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software. -Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, and material specifications. -Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fitout works for residential and commercial projects. -Degree in Architecture / Civil / Interior Design or a related field.
