What You Bring

-Ability to develop options and propose solutions to team leads, to influence others to move towards a common vision or goal and to work collaboratively with others to resolve issues as they arise. -Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on high quality report writing, an ability to develop graphical overviews and to communicate complex regulatory and commercial issues clearly and effectively to colleagues, peers, team leads and Heads of Function. -Qualification to degree level or equivalent qualification, with minimum 4-6 years relevant post-qualification experience. -Experience of high voltage transmission at 110/220/400 kV including an awareness of substations, overhead lines and power cables would be an advantage. -Working towards the development of leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and “sell” Incentive and audit objectives. -Experience developing solutions or new ways of doing things with good analytical and problem solving ability. -Experience planning and organising work activities for self, an ability to coordinate others within a team such as report writing and audit preparations to meet deadlines and to deliver high quality outcomes. -Regulated utility experience working in a PMO is preferred. -Ability to work collaboratively and transparently with others across the business and externally to deliver outcomes in accordance with strategic objectives.
