Tasks

-Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Understand key business drivers and risks (e.g., sustainability, digitalization, cybersecurity) to shape tailored sales strategies and targets. -Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans and Statements of Work (SoW) to drive growth across divisions and locations. -Build Trusted Relationships: Engage decision-makers within data center organizations, delivering comprehensive ABB solutions aligned with customer needs and profitability goals. -Enable Competitive & Coordinated Execution: Monitor market trends and competitors, apply standardized sales tools (e.g., Salesforce), and ensure a unified approach to sales planning and issue resolution.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of the Electrification products and -Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. -Solid technical understanding of 3-phase AC power systems including, but not limited to: medium and low voltage switchgear, medium and low voltage motor control centers, switchboards, panelboards, and ancillary electrical distribution products and experience with quoting projects for contractors Solid technical understanding and field sales experience selling power monitoring and control software, associated metering and communications systems, direct current, and battery energy storage/microgrid solutions. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Marketing related degree is a plus. -Minimum 10 years of experience within the industry. Experience with working with data center customers is a plus. -Proven ability to conduct market analysis and develop business plans with a structured, strategic mindset; experienced in building strong relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, and channel partners.
