Tasks

-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance client experience and share market insights. -Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business growth opportunities. -Act as the primary contact for key accounts, providing support and ensuring a seamless platform experience. -Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term collaboration. -Deliver customized presentations and platform demonstrations to prospective clients and partners. -Monitor account activity and encourage renewals, upgrades, and continuous client engagement. -Identify and engage property developers, brokers, and agencies to promote the platform and its value proposition. -Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring effective use of the platform to add and manage property listings. -Manage client interactions and data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. -Meet KPIs related to new client sign-ups, active listings, and engagement levels. -Research, qualify, and manage leads to sustain a healthy business pipeline.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. -Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven. -Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. -Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. -Excellent relationship management and customer success mindset. -Proven track record in client onboarding and platform engagement. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). -3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management — ideally within PropTech, real estate, or SaaS industries. -Passion for technology, digital platforms, and the real estate industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
