Tasks

-Undertaking all aspects of joinery work associated with refurbishment, maintenance, and project works on the full range of properties. -Ensuring that all work carried out to Company Standards and is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation. -Always act as a representative of the Company and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied. -Carry out kitchen installations to a high standard including installation of all associated fixtures and fittings. -Repair, maintain and replace: doors, door frames, skirtings, ceilings, flooring and windows.

What You Bring

-Time Served Joiner with City and Guilds in Carpentry / Joinery or equivalent. -Be well presented with excellent time management skills, and a clear focus on providing a quality service. -Your own hand tools and power tools to carry out basic joinery tasks -Ability to communicate effectively with key stake holders including Managers and Customers.
