Tasks

-Identify risks and opportunities, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely project billing and reporting to maintain financial health. -Oversee multiple projects, managing financial results, costs, assets, liabilities, and cash flow to optimize project performance. -Utilize digital tools like Project Dash for efficient project management and reporting, driving innovation and process improvement. -Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, support monthly review meetings, and contribute to closing processes for transparency and accountability. -Handle foreign currency risk, stakeholder requirements, and petty cash, acting as a Finance Business Partner for project managers and business partners. -Execute comprehensive financial and commercial activities for projects, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy standards and accurate forecasting.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in MS Office, SAP (Project/CO), and other relevant IT tools, with hands-on experience in Excel modeling and PowerPoint data visualization. -Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of handling day-to-day project-related issues independently and under pressure. -Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to network, negotiate, and influence effectively across diverse audiences. -A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Commercial discipline, with certification in commercial project management preferred. -At least five years of experience in commercial project management, ideally within the Service business, demonstrating a strong track record. -Sensitivity and responsiveness to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups, with proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior.
