  • Develop new business accounts to secure major construction contracts
  • Make decisions based on Messer's long-term growth philosophy and core values
  • Follow a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs, developing value propositions, presenting solutions and alternatives, and closing the sale for future construction project opportunities.
  • Utilize strategic account planning and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to create and implement strategic plans to generate business opportunities which result in achieved revenue objectives for the Louisville region.
  • Continuously growing and developing your skills to lead project teams in selling high-end conceptual services to executive level managers and buyers of large corporations and agencies
